Merconet levert diverse
optische communicatiesets. Hiermee wordt full-duplex tussen
twee monteurs gecommuniceerd door middel van headsets. Dit is
ideaal bij het installeren en onderhouden van
glasvezelnetwerken. De OP73 hebben een automatische volumeregeling. Het
communiceren over glasvezelnetwerken biedt een aantal
voordelen ten opzichte van bijvoorbeeld een draadloos systeem:
de communicatieafstand is zeer lang, er kan niet afgeluisterd
worden wanneer bijvoorbeeld wachtwoorden worden door-gegeven en
er is geen storend veld (EMI/RFI). Tevens kunnen deze sets
permanent ingezet worden in een vaste opstelling. De OP73 is in diverse uitvoeringen leverbaar, zie
hiervoor de specificaties. De communicatiesets zijn modern
vormgegeven en uiterst compact.

serves as a calibrated -10 dBm light source. It
uses our laser light source technology to
convert your voice into optical signals. The
OP73 is a reliable alternative to wireless
communications systems. It offers both security
and electromagnetic immunity.
We designed the OP73 to be
economical in order to be sold as an alternative
to walkie-talkies. Optionally, they can be
embedded as a permanent part of a fiber network
installation. Use it during the installation for
end-to-end voice communications. After
installation leave it attached to a pair of dark
fibers inside the fiber patch panel. This way,
the OP73 can be used by communications personnel
any time operations or management functions need
to be done in the fiber cable closet. |
